⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Ed at Best Buy Carpets! I honestly couldn’t recommend Ed and Best Buy Carpets enough. From the very beginning, Ed was incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was excellent throughout and it was genuinely a pleasure dealing with him — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Choosing carpet online is not easy, especially when you can’t see or touch it in person. I found it quite difficult and honestly felt I was taking a bit of a risk, so I relied a lot on Ed’s advice. His recommendation was absolutely perfect. The carpet is beautiful, feels really good quality and I’m so happy with the choice. We then had to change our measurements at the very last minute, just before delivery. Ed was amazing — he arranged for the carpet to be cut to our new measurements at incredibly short notice and still made everything work for us. We’re in the middle of a very stressful house renovation, and having someone so kind, patient and genuinely helpful made such a difference. Ed, it was genuinely lovely talking to you and dealing with you. Thank you for your patience, your advice and for going the extra mile for us. You made what could have been a stressful purchase so much easier. Beautiful quality carpet, fantastic customer service and a company I would happily recommend to anyone.
